In February I am running in the AT&T Austin Marathon.  I am running in the half-marathon race.  I have been training since July and my goal is to eventually complete a full marathon.  I haven’t followed any specific training plan or diet regime.  Instead, I created my own.  I call it “the lifestyle.”  It’s a really crazy and revolutionary concept that involves eating less foods that are bad for your body and getting out in the fresh air and running as much as you can.  Since July I’ve lost 60 lbs and noticed I actually do have abdominal muscles.  I’m really looking forward to getting back to Austin for a weekend, visiting my friends from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT Austin, and running the race.
